After 3 years of students using AI the wrong way, it's clear that we need to guide them to use it the right way... but HOW do we do that??? 😬
Here are some guidelines that I originally build for The University of Texas at Austin - but that I want to share with EVERY coach:
A few highlights to call out:
🤖 AI has come a LONG way in 3 years. We don't need to be prompt engineers using expensive models - just be willing to try it ourselves.
🌈 AI is NOT just for resumes. Even though students keep falling into this trap, we coaches should see the full spectrum of opportunities - from exploration to interviews.
🔮 AI's impact on society is STILL evolving. Which means we need to start exploring it today so we can get our students ready for tomorrow.
That said, feel free to download, print, and share with your colleagues.
Thanks for all you do to support the next generation. Lord knows they need our help more than ever right now!!! ⚡️
