We’re seeing that Gen Z is experiencing the toughest entry-level job market in a generation. It isn’t pretty:
📊 9.1% unemployment for Gen Z men (20-24) – more than double the 4.1% national average
📊 41% of recent grads working jobs that don't require a degree
📊 51% of "entry-level" jobs require experience – averaging 2.7 years
These numbers are troubling. Which is why I joined with Jobscan and NACE to share solutions earlier this month.
