Should you use a 1-page or 2-page resume?
And what if that's actually the WRONG question???
While there's evidence that recruiters tend to prefer 2-page resumes (likely due to white space/ease of reading), it turns out that length is way less more important than this question:
👉 How are you USING the space you have?
For instance, a 1-page resume that features all the things a recruiter is looking for will always beat a 2-page resume full of fluff and irrelevant experiences.
So rather than worry about page length, I'd recommend this approach:
✴️ The right page length is the amount of space it takes you to show recruiters why you can nail all the things they need. No less, no more.
