I've always thought that WHERE you apply for jobs is less important than HOW you apply...
...but am I dead WRONG??? 😬
I just came across this fascinating data from Huntr...
...and it shows that Google Jobs applicants are 3X more likely to land an interview than those on LinkedIn!
As always, there are some major confounding factors here - namely, that it's a lot harder to apply for a job by filling out a full application than hitting an Easy Apply button... ;)
And yet, the magnitude is pretty enormous! 🤔
So what's YOUR take: Is this result purely based on the self-selecting characteristics of job-seekers who choose each board?
Or do recruiters really prioritize candidates from certain boards???
